SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

For deliveries within Türkiye, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Your order will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depending on the warehouse status, supplier status, destination country, and product availability. The shipping carrier may vary depending on the shipping country and the warehouse from which the product is dispatched.

Depending on stock and warehouse availability, some products may be shipped from our international warehouses. In this case, the estimated delivery time may be 8–15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email or SMS.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and official public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
