Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the parties below under the terms and conditions stated herein.

BUYER
The person who enters their name, delivery address, phone number and email address when placing an order on the website. This information is recorded in the order.
By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that, once the order is confirmed, they are obliged to pay the product price and any additional charges such as shipping, and that they have been informed of this.
2. Definitions

SELLER: The person who offers goods to consumers within their commercial activities
BUYER: The person who acquires goods for non-commercial, non-professional purposes
SITE: The SELLER's website
AGREEMENT: This agreement between the SELLER and the BUYER
3. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER's website, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
4. Product Information and Price
The main features of the product, including type, material, colour, size and quantity, are published on the product page. Prices listed on the site are final sale prices including all taxes and remain valid until updated or changed. Campaign prices are valid until the stated end date. The product price, shipping fee and total amount are shown to the BUYER before the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the site. Card payments are processed through the payment provider.
6. Delivery
Ordered products are shipped to the delivery address given by the BUYER. Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. The estimated total delivery time, including preparation, is 7-12 business days. Delivery never exceeds the legal limit of 30 days. Delivery times and supported countries are stated on the Worldwide Shipping page. Any shipping fee is shown to the BUYER on the checkout page before the order is confirmed. When the order is shipped, tracking details, where available, are sent to the BUYER by email. The BUYER should inspect the package on delivery and have a report drawn up by the courier if it is damaged.
7. Invoice
The invoice is sent to the BUYER's email address after delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, by notifying the SELLER. Withdrawal notices are sent to info@luciamiastory.com. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. In addition, the SELLER accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery as described on the 30 Day Returns page. Return shipping costs, return steps and refund timing are stated in the Return & Refund Policy on the site. After the withdrawal notice and the product reach the SELLER, the price is refunded to the BUYER by the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
9. Products Excluded from Withdrawal
Within the limits of applicable law, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for products made to the BUYER's request or personal needs, products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, and products whose packaging has been opened after delivery.
10. Default
If the BUYER defaults on a card payment, the BUYER accepts that they will pay interest under their agreement with the card issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.
11. Competent Authorities
For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at the BUYER's place of residence or the SELLER's place of business are competent, within the monetary limits set by law.
12. Entry into Force
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when they complete payment for an order placed on the Site. The Turkish version of this agreement is the binding version.
